How We Hire.

We’re committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience. Here’s what you can expect from our team.

Our hiring process is meant to uncover not only your professional background, but also what you’ll add to our culture. We want to know what new perspectives you’ll bring to our team and how you live out our values each day. We’re committed to these simple steps to provide you with a seamless and memorable experience.

Application

First, a member of our recruitment team will review your application. We know that applicants may sometimes be a better fit for roles other than those they applied for, so we personally review each resume instead of relying on keyword search technology.

We will contact you within five days whether or not you will be scheduled for
a phone screen.

Phone Screen

During the phone screen, we will tell you more about the role you applied for and answer any questions you have about Spreetail, but more importantly we want to hear about the experience you have and how it can make Spreetail better!

Within two business days following your phone screen, your recruiter will contact you by phone or email with next steps.

Interview with a Hiring Manager

Following a successful phone screen, we will schedule a phone call between you and one of our hiring managers. This is another opportunity for you to share your work experience with us, and it’s a great time to dig into the role and ask the hard questions.

Within two business days after your interview with a hiring manager, your recruiter will contact you via phone or email about next steps.

Panel Interview

Following a successful phone interview with a hiring manager, your recruiter will reach out regarding if the next step will be in-person or virtual. If virtual, your recruiter will send you the video link and will schedule a test call before the final interview. This interview may include a work sample so we can see your skills in action.

Since we usually show candidates our offices during the interview process, we encourage you to check out this video for a virtual tour of our Lincoln office or this video to see what you can expect in our Omaha office.

Within two business days after your panel interview, your recruiter will contact you by phone or email about next steps.

Feedback

We gather and discuss feedback from every person involved in the interview process, including your recruiter, hiring manager, culture panelists, and other team members. This helps us determine your role fit as well as what you’ll add to our culture.

Candidate Experience Survey

We are consistently evaluating feedback and identifying trends to provide an inclusive, world-class candidate experience. After you complete your interview process, you'll receive a short survey to share your opinion. Every response will help us Make Spreetail Better as we build the best team and culture for success.

Job Offer

After a successful onsite interview, your recruiter will contact you to discuss a job offer. Once agreed upon, you will receive an offer letter via email, and we’ll work with you to determine start date, finalize any applicable relocation details, and complete paperwork.

Onboarding

Once you’ve signed your offer letter, the Spreetail New Employee Experience team will send you a training schedule and other onboarding documents via email.

Your hiring manager and recruiter will help connect you with your new team members so you can start building relationships and ask any questions you may have before your first day as a Spreetailer. Additionally, we will pair you with a mentor to be your personal guide through onboarding and your first few months.

First Performance Review

Within your first 90 days, you and your manager will identify a professional development goal that you will work toward throughout the quarter. In each quarterly review, you will document your professional growth in the previous quarter and set new goals for the future.
